Born in Northern Ireland, Colette has been both professionally and personally involved within the Health/Fitness/Wellbeing industry for 25 years. Her work and studies have taken her across the globe from UK, Asia, on board Luxury Cruise Liners, the Netherlands, and to here, on the Kapiti Coast, which she now calls home, together with her husband and daughter.
Through her own passion for, and continued learning about, living in optimal wellness, she hopes she can inspire people to make 'choosing health, well being and joy' a priority in their lives.
As a coach, Colette seems to cut to the core of real issues, and draws from her resources and tools such as, the 'Life Wheel', 'Feng Shui' and the 'Louise Hay' approach to loving the self. She offers support, guidance, acceptance and a leverage to creating a safe space from where transformation can be allowed and nourished.
