Making change in you life can be daunting, but the reward for your effort is priceless. No matter what the extent of change is, in whatever area of your life, it has a rippling effect on all arenas.

How often have you put your own needs on the back burner, in order to take care of your loved ones, your home or answer the call of the day to day necessities, only to feel 'spent up', 'burned out', and a 'little resentful' in the mix?

Are you putting your self-care needs, your fitness and well being aspirations on the 'to do' list for when you have 'more time'?

Are you maybe in the dark when it comes to future-proofing your finest vehicle - your body?

Is there an aspect of your life that could benefit from a 'tune-up' or a 'make-over'?


If you have pondered over any one of these scenarios or the like, then now is the time to take action to make the change.

As General George Patton would put it, "We are not retreating, we're just advancing in another direction". If you were to have a look at just one or two of the choices you make on a day to day basis, given that they were unproductive choices, or unhealthy habits, ask yourself the question, "If I continue to do as I do, without change, then where will I be in terms of my health and wellbeing five, ten, fifteen or twenty years from now"?

It is the small changes 'over time' which make the ultimate 'big changes' possible.
